头孢唑啉(先锋霉素V)是临床上常用的抗生素。本文对头孢唑啉的辐射防护作用及其作用机制进行了研究。头孢唑啉能清除OH~.和O~2自由基,照前腹腔给药对小鼠造血组织有保护作用,对小鼠照后30d活存率也有一定的防护效果。
Cefazolin (cephalosporin V) is clinically used antibiotics. In this paper, the radiation protection of cefazolin and its mechanism of action were studied. Cefazolin can clear OH ~. And O ~ 2 free radicals, according to the former intraperitoneal administration of mouse hematopoietic tissue protective effect, the survival rate of mice after 30d also have some protective effect.
