各州、市、县人民政府,各地区行政公署,省直各委、办、厅、局: 现将《国务院关于建立统一的企业职工基本养老保险制度的决定》(国发〔1997〕26号,以下简称《决定》)转发给你们,同时将省政府制定的《云南省实施统一的企业职工基本养老保险制度的规定》(以下简称《规定》)印发给你们,请一并贯彻执行。国务院《决定》是对我国养老保险制度改革作出的重大决策,对于促进企业改革、维护社会稳定、建立社会主义市场经济体制,具有十分重要的意义。省政府《规定》是对国务院《决定》的重要补充,也是对我省原有养老保险办法的进一步完善。为了切实抓好国务院《决定》和省政府《规定》的贯彻实施工作,现就有关事项通知如下:
