利用红外光谱分析法对影响工业相色管褪色的主要因素进行了探究。研究发现,高温低湿的环境对相色管褪色老化影响最大;紫外光的照射会导致相色管固化程度提高从而出现明显的老化现象;过酸过碱的环境也会对相色管内部分子结构造成一定影响。本文结论从相色管基团变化的角度揭示了相色管老化的成因,为日后进一步研究相色管抗老化防褪色机制提供了可行方向。
The main factors affecting the color fading of industrial color tubes were investigated by infrared spectroscopy. It is found that the environment of high temperature and low humidity has the most influence on the color fading of the color tube. The ultraviolet light irradiation will lead to the curing of the color tube increasing and the obvious aging phenomenon will appear. The environment of over-acid and alkali will also affect the internal molecular structure Cause some impact. The conclusion of this paper reveals the causes of the aging of the color tube from the perspective of the change of the color tube group and provides a feasible direction for further research on the anti-aging fading mechanism of the color tube.
