Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is one of the most serious types of all tuberculosis and humankind will therefore face a more severe tuberculosis outbreak in the 21st century than in the mid-1950s. In practical work, clinical and control professionals of tuberculosis are also increasingly encountering MDR-TB, and how to diagnose MDD-TB rapidly and correctly has become a pressing issue
