以4-氨基-5-氰基-2,6-二烷硫基嘧啶和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料合成了10种未见文献报道的2-烷硫基-4-甲硫基-5-氨基-6-乙氧羰基-7-甲基吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶衍生物3a~3j。目标化合物的结构经~1H NMR、LC-MS、IR和元素分析表征确证。对单、双子叶植物的除草活性测试结果表明,在100 mg/L浓度下,目标化合物3a、3c和3f对稗草、油菜茎和根的生长表现出100%抑制活性。
Ten novel 2-alkylthio-4-methylthio-5-amino groups were synthesized from 4-amino-5-cyano-2,6-dialkylthiopyrimidine and ethyl acetoacetate -6-ethoxycarbonyl-7-methylpyrido [2,3-d] pyrimidine derivatives 3a to 3j. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by ~ 1H NMR, LC-MS, IR and elemental analysis. Herbicidal activity tests on single and dicotyledonous plants showed that the target compounds 3a, 3c and 3f exhibited 100% inhibitory activity against barnyardgrass, rape stem and root growth at a concentration of 100 mg / L.
