本文简要的分析了油井结蜡的机理,阐明了结蜡的影响因素及预防措施。我厂的平均含蜡量大约为27.8%,属于特高含蜡油田,所以我厂的油井普遍受结蜡的影响严重,而油管、抽油杆和抽油泵的结蜡,会使抽油机载荷增加,泵效降低,降低了油井产能,有的甚至将井筒通道堵死,造成油井停产。本文主要介绍了一种清防蜡新方法——声波降粘防蜡技术。声波降粘防蜡技术具有工艺简单、管理方便、适应性强,防蜡效果好、对地层没有污染等特点。含蜡原油经过声波的过程,是一个具有剪切加热降粘,蜡晶网络破坏,介质均匀分散在液相中的过程。从而有效地起到降粘防蜡,延长油井结蜡周期的目的。
