目的了解妇产科临床展开无痛分娩方案对于降低剖宫产的价值。方法随机对照2000例因分娩,于2015年1月~2015年12月进入本院产科的产妇,1000例A组展开常规分娩方案,1000例B组则展开无痛分娩方案,并观察两组剖宫产率及其疼痛指数等。结果展开两种分娩方案后,1000例A组产妇中310例(31.00%)行剖宫产,同时1000例B组中有80例(8.00%)行剖宫产,(P<0.05);A组VAS计分是(8.16±1.05)分,B组是(3.11±0.76)分。结论当产妇分娩时,通过展开无痛分娩方案,有助于提升顺产率,推荐应用。 Objective To understand the clinical implementation of painless childbirth obstetrics and gynecology program to reduce the value of cesarean section. Methods A randomized controlled trial of 2000 cases delivered to obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 was conducted in 2000 cases. Conventional delivery program was initiated in 1000 cases in group A, painless childbirth was performed in 1000 cases in group B, Palace yield and pain index. Results In the two delivery programs, 310 cases (31.00%) of 1000 group A women underwent cesarean section, and 80 cases (8.00%) of 1000 group C patients underwent cesarean section (P <0.05). A Group VAS score was (8.16 ± 1.05) points, B group was (3.11 ± 0.76) points. Conclusion When the delivery of labor, through the development of painless delivery program, help to improve the yield, recommended for use.
