目的探讨水痘减毒活疫苗的安全性和免疫原性。方法选取我地区1岁以上儿童及中小学生,均未患过水痘,身体健康无疾病的易感者200人,接种水痘减毒活疫苗,观察其安全性和免疫原性。结果所有疫苗接种者均未出现即时反应。接种水痘减毒活疫苗者,至今无1例发病。结论水痘减毒活疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性,对预防和控制水痘的传播起到至关重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the safety and immunogenicity of live attenuated varicella vaccine. Methods A total of 200 susceptible individuals who were free from chickenpox and no disease were selected from children over 1 year old and primary and middle school students in our area and vaccinated with live attenuated varicella vaccine to observe their safety and immunogenicity. As a result, no immediate vaccination response occurred. Inoculated with live attenuated varicella vaccine, no one case of onset so far. Conclusion The live attenuated varicella vaccine has good safety and immunogenicity and plays a crucial role in preventing and controlling the spread of chickenpox.
