17例诊断为白前的患者,男性11人,女性6人;年龄39—75岁,平均62岁。被研究的患者均具有以下些一条件:1.顽固性贫血:骨髓红细胞增生旺盛或正常。常见巨幼红细胞样改变,大多数患者具有环状铁粒幼细胞。2.白细胞减少和/或异常细胞形态(假Pelger 异常,颗粒缺乏)。3.血小板减少和/或巨核细胞形态异常(小型、核分叶排列异常)。4.骨髓原始细胞计数正常。
17 cases were diagnosed as white before the patients, 11 males and 6 females; aged 39-75 years, mean 62 years. Patients studied have one of the following conditions: 1. Stubborn anemia: bone marrow erythrocyte hyperplasia or normal. Common megaloblastic erythroid changes, most patients with annular mitochondrion cells. 2. Leukopenia and / or abnormal cell morphology (false Pelger anomaly, particle deficiency). 3. Thrombocytopenia and / or megakaryocyte abnormalities (small, abnormal arrangement of nuclear lobes). 4. Bone marrow blast cell count normal.
