Air disinfection in operating room is one of the important contents of aseptic management in operating room, which is of great significance in preventing and controlling nosocomial infection. Our hospital since 1997, the introduction and application of three oxygen disinfection machine for air disinfection. In this paper, the actual use of effects were observed and studied, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Materials Three oxygen disinfection machine by the King British joint venture Ken Wang Co., Ltd., Model K, Y-93
