软科学研究相对于自然科学来讲,起步较晚。从世界范围来看,也只有半个多世纪的历史;我国真正重视并作为一门科学来研究是党的十一届三中会全以后才起步。虽然时间较短,但发展很快,无论是研究队伍还是研究课题、研究成果都有很大发展,越来越引起人们特别是各级领导的高度重视,人们为什么对软科学研究如此重视?这是由它本身的地位和作用决定的。 Compared with natural sciences, soft science research started late.
