为提高山羊养殖效益,试验引进10只简阳大耳羊种公羊与200只贵州白山羊进行杂交,同时以200只贵州白山羊母羊纯繁作为对照,采用人工辅助配种方式测定简阳大耳羊与贵州白山羊杂交改良效果。结果表明:与对照组相比,第1情期受胎率、胎产羔率、羔羊断奶成活率、1周岁羊成活率均略有提高,繁殖性能稳定;羔羊初生、3月龄和1周岁体重均高于对照组,且高于贵州白山羊标准养殖数据库记载的数据,经统计学分析,均差异极显著(P<0.01);经过观察,杂交改良后代哺乳性能良好,放牧采食广,觅食性强,舍饲不挑食,食量大。说明简阳大耳羊与贵州白山羊杂交能显著提高贵州白山羊的生产性能,繁殖性能稳定,适应性强,是改良贵州白山羊的优选品种。
