文章以参加南阳师范学院“国培计划”(2014年)的289名农村初中教师为样本,重点对参训教师个人文化素养、教师培训需求和培训满意度等情况进行调研和分析,并基于调研结果,提出改进建议:培训前,建立调研制度、明确培训方向;培训中,完善课程设置、教学方法和培训管理;培训后,建立健全跟踪指导体系。
Based on the sample of 289 junior middle school teachers from Nanyang Teachers College and the “Guopei Plan” (2014), the article focuses on investigating and analyzing the personal cultural accomplishment, teacher training needs and training satisfaction of participating teachers. Based on the survey results, suggestions for improvement are put forward: Before the training, establish a research system to clarify the training direction; In the training, improve the curriculum, teaching methods and training management; After the training, establish and improve the tracking and guidance system.
