作者为阐明接种卡介苗(BCG)小鼠对脱脚病病毒(ectromelia virus:EV)感染的抑制作用而进行了本试验,所获结果如下。 1.接种BCG的小鼠,对EV感染的抵抗性有明显增强,而将BCG小鼠的脾脏摘出后,则其抵抗性明显减弱。 2.用Carbon cleanace test检查BCG引起的网状内皮系统(RES)活化程度时,发现BCG小鼠有明显亢进。但未发现BCG小鼠与摘脾BCG小鼠之间有何差别。 3.接种BCG小鼠及用来源于小鼠腹腔细胞,脾细胞培养时干扰素的产生增强,摘脾后则显著减少。
The authors performed this study to elucidate the inhibitory effect of BCG vaccination on ectromelia virus (EV) infection. The results obtained are as follows. 1. Inoculation of BCG mice, the resistance to EV infection was significantly enhanced, and the spleen of BCG mice, the resistance was significantly weakened. 2. Using carbon cleanace test to check BCG-induced activation of the reticuloendothelial system (RES), BCG mice were found to be hyperactive. However, no difference was found between BCG mice and spleen-splenic BCG mice. 3. Inoculation of BCG mice and mice from the peritoneal cells, the spleen cell culture increased interferon production, after the spleen was significantly reduced.
