采用9MeV X-射线辐照处理云杉小墨天牛45、龄幼虫和雌虫,结果表明,辐照能明显影响其发育和繁殖能力,导致幼虫期延长,幼虫不能化蛹或羽化1,00%阻止幼虫化蛹和羽化的最低吸收剂量分别为45~60Gy、35~40Gy;阻止田间雌虫繁殖F1代幼虫的不育剂量为140Gy,雌雄两性成虫同时辐照的不育剂量小于60Gy。为此,可分别采用60Gy和140Gy处理原木及木质包装中云杉小墨天牛幼虫和成虫,以防止其扩散和传播。
The 45-instar larvae and females of P. sphaeroides were treated with 9 MeV X-ray radiation.
