意大利是工业发达的资本主义国家,1986年工业总产值占世界第六位。但是,在其发展过程中,也存在地区经济发展不平衡问题,先进的北方与落后的南方之间的差距很突出,给意大利整个经济发展造成巨大障碍。第二次大战后近40年中,意大利历届政府为开发南方作了不懈的努力,成效显著。我们分析、研究他们的经验,从中可以得到发展我国区域经济和西部民族地区经济的有益启示。 Italy is an industrially developed capitalist country with its total industrial output value ranking sixth in the world in 1986. However, during its development, there is also the imbalance of regional economic development. The disparity between the advanced north and the backward south is outstanding, posing a huge obstacle to the overall economic development of Italy. In the nearly 40 years after the Second World War, successive Italian governments made unrelenting efforts to develop the South with remarkable results. We analyze and study their experiences, from which we can find helpful enlightenment for developing our regional economy and the economy in the western minority areas.
