文献报道几例妇女在受孕前用氯菧酚胺(Clomi-phene)引起婴儿神经管缺损或其它畸形。本文报道引起1例婴儿卵巢囊肿,发育异常,其母恰在受孕前服用过氯菧酚胺。此患儿在出生后发现腹部膨胀。超声波扫描盆腔内有单腔囊肿。剖腹显示囊肿在左卵巢,2个囊肿都含有120ml 液体。囊肿壁变薄呈上皮线性。右卵巢现单薄且发育不良,活检正常。
In the literature, several women reported having neural tube defects or other deformities in infants with Clomi-phene prior to conception. This article reports 1 case of infants with ovarian cysts, dysplasia, the mother just before taking congealed clopidogrel phenylamine. The child found the abdomen inflated after birth. Ultrasound scanning pelvic cavity with a single cyst. Cesarean section showed cysts in the left ovary and both cysts contained 120 ml of fluid. Cyst wall thinning epithelial linear. Right ovary is thin and poorly developed, biopsy is normal.
