脑啡肽脑内给药镇痛作用弱而短暂,可能是降解迅速所致。试管内加氨肽酶抑制剂杆菌肽可以防止脑啡肽的破坏,但迄今未见它增强在位脑啡肽镇痛效应的报道。我们用脑室内给药方法探索了这一问题,并试验了目前我们能收集到的数种其他神经肽脑室内注射的镇痛效应。
Analgesic intracerebral administration of analgesic effect is weak and transient, may be due to rapid degradation. Tube plus aminopeptidase inhibitor Bacitracin prevents enkephalin destruction, but so far it has not been reported to enhance enkephalin analgesia. We explored this issue by intracerebroventricular administration and tested the analgesic effects of intraventricular injection of several other neuropeptides that we can now collect.
