精细化管理是一种新型管理模式和手段,最早来源于发达国家的管理理念。它是以“精、准、细、严”为核心理念,运用科学管理方法,将抽象的管理理论转化为精细可操作的方式,再通过企业员工素质的培养,增强团队合作能力,共同实现经营管理目标。由于受到2008年的金融危机的影响,我国的能源企业均遭受到不同程度的冲击,尤其是煤炭企业,出现不同程度的皮软,不尽人意,消费需求不足,导致价格急剧下滑。如何走出困境,提升经济效益,在降低成本的同时也要向管理要效益,使煤炭企业再生活力,这就需要在管理中做文章,尤其是要挖掘企业的财务管理产生的效益,摒弃旧时期的粗放型的管理模式,向精细化财务管理转变,提升企业的综合竞争力,实现企业的经营目标。本文就煤炭企业的精细化财务管理提出自已看法和实施建议。
