青岛台东三路商业步行街、青岛科技街、青岛啤酒街、青岛文化街、青岛婚纱摄影街和青岛家具街——6条特色街组成了市北区的财富洼地。经过几年的发展,这个财富洼地已经开始蓄水增值。5月30日上午9点,招商周刊社邀请到了青岛市市北区区长王建祥、利群集团董事会副主席赵玉利、万达购物广场总经理孙环宇、青岛啤酒文化传播公司副总经理朱君海以及王铎、程国有、马庚存、盛永安等历史文化研究专家或经济学专家,围绕着“特色街与特色产业”的主题,通过座谈会的方式进行了深入探讨、交流。座谈会上,“仁者谈仁、智者言智”。他们的观点与见解,对我们认知并品读“特色街现象”大有助益。因此,亦非常值得我们用心实录。
