“油”是我们日常生活中必不可缺的调味品,看似平常,却与我们的健康息息相关。所以选“油”也是个学问。日常饮食中的食用油,主要分为动物油(荤油)和植物油(素油)。动物油通常指猪油、牛油、羊油、鸡鸭油、鱼油和奶油等;植物油常见的包括花生油、菜籽油、大豆油、玉米油、橄榄油、棕榈油、葵花子油、茶油等。动物油在常温下呈固体状,含饱和脂肪酸较多,如猪油中的饱和脂肪酸含量为43.2%,牛油为61.8%,羊油为57.3%。饱和脂肪酸过量摄入,容易发生动脉粥样硬化。但动物油又含有对人体有益
“Oil ” is an indispensable condiment in our daily life, it seems normal, but it is closely related to our health. So choose “oil ” is also a knowledge. Edible oil in daily diet, mainly divided into animal oil (meat oil) and vegetable oil (vegetarian oil). Animal oil usually refers to lard, butter, suet, chicken and duck oil, fish oil and butter; vegetable oils commonly include peanut oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, corn oil, olive oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, tea oil and so on. Animal oil is solid at room temperature and contains more saturated fatty acids such as 43.2% of saturated fatty acids in lard, 61.8% of tallow, and 57.3% of suet. Excessive intake of saturated fatty acids, prone to atherosclerosis. However, animal oils are good for the human body
