本研究用E.Coli K_(12)D_(31)诱导中国柞蚕(Antherae Pernyi) 3—5天,从血淋巴中分离和纯化出抗菌肽(含36个氨基酸残基),观察抗菌肽对阴道毛滴虫的抑制和杀灭作用。实验分三组:分別为抗菌肽组、未经诱导的柞蚕血淋巴组和灭滴灵组。结果显示:在光学显微镜下,抗菌肽作用2分钟后即可完全抑制滴虫活动,未经诱导的蚕血淋
In this study, E. coli K_ (12) D_ (31) was used to induce Antherae Pernyi in China for 3-5 days. Antimicrobial peptides (36 amino acid residues) were isolated and purified from hemolymph. Trichomonas vaginalis inhibition and killing effect. The experiment was divided into three groups: antibacterial peptide group, untreated tupaia hemolymph group and metronidazole group. The results showed that under the light microscope, the antibacterial peptide completely inhibited the activity of trichomoniasis for 2 minutes, without induced silkworm haemolymph
