随着经济不断发展,公益性事业单位的绩效评估受到了社会各界人士的关注。公益性事业单位是依法设立、不以营利为目的社会组织,肩负着为人们服务的重要责任,因此,必须严格制定绩效评估策略,以不断提高公益性事业单位的工作效率,促进公益性事业单位长远发展。本文就公益性事业单位绩效评估存在的问题进行分析,提出完善公益性事业单位绩效评估的策略,为我国公益性事业更快、更好发展提供有力支持。
With the continuous economic development, the performance evaluation of public welfare institutions has drawn the attention of people from all walks of life. Public welfare institutions are social organizations established according to law and not for profit. They shoulder the important responsibility of serving people. Therefore, we must strictly formulate a performance evaluation strategy to continuously improve the work efficiency of public welfare institutions and promote public welfare institutions longterm development. This article analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of public welfare institutions, and puts forward the strategy of perfecting the performance appraisal of public welfare institutions, providing strong support for the faster and better development of public welfare undertakings in our country.
