近年来,我国建筑业取得了突飞猛进的发展,项目管理水平迅速提升,科学合理的项目管理评估对于企业提高国际竞争力具有重要的意义。根据国际大型民用建筑项目具有群体性、复杂性、投资大、周期长、质量要求高等特点,建立了完善集成的国际大型民用建筑项目管理评估指标体系,基于熵值赋权法改进的模糊多层次综合评价法建立评估模型,可对国际大型民用建筑项目进行综合评估。最后通过对某国际大型民用建筑项目进行实证分析,验证了模型的可靠性和实用性。
In recent years, China’s construction industry has made rapid progress, the project management level is rapidly improving, and scientific and reasonable project management assessment is of great significance for enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness. According to the characteristics of international large-scale civil construction projects such as groupiness, complexity, large investment, long period and high quality requirements, a comprehensive and integrated evaluation index system of international large-scale civil construction project management has been established. Based on the fuzzy multilevel improvement of entropy weighting method, Comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model can be a comprehensive assessment of large-scale international civil construction projects. At last, through an empirical analysis of an international large-scale civil construction project, the reliability and practicability of the model are verified.
