百合杂交育种亲和性与染色体倍性相关性研究

以不同倍性的亚洲百合品种为亲本进行了21组杂交,观察杂交亲本和杂交子代的染色体数目,旨在研究百合杂交亲和性与染色体倍性之间的相关性。结果发现:Renoir和Gironde为二倍体,Navona为三倍体,Detroit、Loreto和Tresor为四倍体;二倍体和四倍体百合不同倍性间杂交存在一定程度的不亲和性,杂交子代为三倍体;百合三倍体通常雄性不育,但在杂交时可以作为母本,杂交子代为非整倍体,且3x×4x杂交亲和性高于3x×2x杂交。研究结果表明,不同倍性百合品种作为亲本的杂交亲和性不同,子代的倍性也不同,这对百合育种选配亲本具有参考和指导意义。 Twenty-one hybrids of Asian lily varieties with different ploidy lines were used as parents to observe the chromosome number of hybrid parents and hybrids. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between hybridization compatibility and chromosome ploidy. The results showed that: Renoir and Gironde were diploid, Navona was triploid, Detroit, Loreto and Tresor were tetraploids, and diploid and tetraploid lilies had some degree of incompatibility and hybridization The offspring are triploid; the triploid lily is usually male sterile, but can be used as female parent during hybridization, aneuploidy of hybrid generation, and the hybridization of 3 × × 4 × hybridization is higher than that of 3 × × 2 × hybridization. The results showed that the hybridization ploidy of different varieties of Lilium pumila as the parents had different ploidy, and the ploidy of the offspring was also different, which had the reference and guidance significance for breeding parents of lily.
