目的:研究毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis的化学成分。方法:利用柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等各种色谱技术对黄连的95%进行分离,根据其所得化合物的理化性质与UV,IR,MS,NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从黄连的95%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分分离得到7个已知成分,分别鉴定为香草酸(1),落叶松树脂醇(2),原儿茶酸乙酯(3),小檗碱(4),丹参素甲酯(5),反式阿魏酰基酪胺(6),氧化小檗碱(7)。结论:其中,化合物(3),(5),(6)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Coptis chinensis from Ranunculaceae. Methods: 95% of Coptis chinensis was separated by column chromatography, gel column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and UV, IR, MS and NMR spectral data. Results: Seven known components were isolated from the chloroform extract of 95% ethanol extract of Coptis chinensis Franch and identified as vanillic acid (1), larch resin alcohol (2), protocatechuate (3), small Berberine (4), danshensu methyl ester (5), trans-feruloyl tyramine (6), and berberine (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds (3), (5) and (6) were isolated from this genus for the first time.
