终身教育理念早期在一些西方国家形成,这几年随着我国成人教育不断发展,接受教育的群体不断壮大,而越来越在教育界引起重视。目前,我国成人教育的发展已经日趋成熟,在整个教育资源中扮演着重要角色。本文就以我国成人教育的建设管理为切入点,全面系统的阐述终身教育理念对成教事业产生的巨大影响,并围绕现有的教育观念、成人教育的管理体系以及社会服务等几大方面展开讨论,并对成人教育的创新提供了一些意见和建议。
