工科院校的成人学员大部分来自企业。企业的用工制度影响着职工的求学目的,从而在一定程度上影响着工科院校成人学历教育的质量。目前成人学历教育中存在的问题突出表现在两个方面:一是仍有部分学生以“混”文凭为其求学的目的,学习的内在动力不足。二是为数不少的学校受物质利益驱使过分追求办学的经济效益,为了争取到更多生源,极力迎合“混”文凭学员的心理需求,管理不严,校内没有良好的学风。成人学历教育出现了整体质量下降的局面。在发达国家很少有人自己掏钱“混”文凭,
The majority of adult students in engineering colleges come from businesses. The employment system of enterprises has an impact on the purpose of studying for employees, which will to some extent affect the quality of adult education in engineering colleges. At present, the problems in adult academic education highlight two aspects: First, there are still some students whose purpose is to study for their “mixed” diploma, and their internal motivation is not enough.
