在非离子型界面活性剂Triton X—100存在下,用5-Br-PADAP测定铜、锌已有报导.本文研究了在非离子型表面活性剂Triton X—100存在下,用5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定镍.在pH9.2显示出最高且稳定的吸光度,络合物于波长555纳米处其摩尔吸光系数为1.18×10~5升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1),镍量0~20微克/50毫升范围内符合比尔定律.利用硫代乙醇酸和焦磷酸钠作掩蔽剂,可以消除大量干扰离子的影响,不经分离可以直接测定有色金属及矿石、工业污水等物料中的微量镍.方法简便快速、灵敏度高,选择性好,已用于生产实践中.
