目的:研究不同温度下金银花的稳定性,预测其室温下(25℃)的有效期。方法:采用HPLC测定金银花中绿原酸的含量,以初均速法得到其活化能Ea和分解速率常数K,预测有效期。结果:金银花在25℃下有效期为1.29年。结论:用初均速法预测金银花的稳定性,以测定绿原酸含量为指标,其操作简便,结果可靠,所以金银花在储存时应避高温,用室温保存,以保证其质量。
Objective: To study the stability of honeysuckle under different temperatures and to predict its validity at room temperature (25 ℃). Methods: The content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was determined by HPLC. The activation energy Ea and decomposition rate constant K were obtained by the method of initial average velocity, and the expiration date was predicted. Results: Lonicera japonica at 25 ℃ for a period of 1.29 years. Conclusion: The stability of honeysuckle was predicted by the average initial velocity method. The content of chlorogenic acid was used as an index to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. The operation was simple and the results were reliable. Therefore, honeysuckle should avoid high temperature during storage and be preserved at room temperature to ensure its quality.
