基于有限元弹性接触分析理论,利用MASTA有限元软件对某车床齿轮进行了齿面加载接触分析。仿真结果表明:齿轮最大接触应力出现在接触齿轮的齿面中部,齿轮在啮合过程中的接触应力呈现先增大再保持平稳波动后减小的趋势。分析结果显示相互啮合齿轮的齿面接触区域为椭圆形,且受压面的接触应力比受拉面的接触应力要大。
Based on the finite element elastic contact analysis theory, the tooth surface load contact analysis of a lathe gear was carried out by MASTA finite element software. The simulation results show that the maximum contact stress of the gear appears in the middle of the tooth surface of the contact gear, and the contact stress of the gear increases first and then decreases steadily after the meshing. The analysis results show that the contact area of the intermeshing gears is oval, and the contact stress of the compression surface is greater than the contact stress of the tension surface.
