作为湖北省示范高中,湖北省武汉市第四十九中学近年不断探索建立现代学校制度,坚持通过民主管理促进学校科学发展,学校的做法曾得到全国、省、市教育部门和总工会等领导及专家的一致好评。日前,学校被武汉市总工会授予武汉市民主管理五星级达标单位。本栏目撷取一组关于该校开展民主管理工作特色做法的文稿,以飨读者。
As a demonstrative high school in Hubei Province, the 49th Wuhan Middle School in Hubei Province has continuously explored the establishment of a modern school system in recent years and insisted on promoting the scientific development of the school through democratic management. The practice of the school has been well received by leaders of education departments and trade unions in China, Experts alike. Recently, the school was awarded Wuhan City Federation of Trade Unions democratic management of five-star units.
