上海市职工医疗制度改革经过大量调查研究,多方听取意见和反复论证,目前已确定目标及实施步骤。为了积极、稳委地推进这项改革,市委、市政府决定从5月1日起在全市实施《上海市城镇企业职工住院医疗保险暂行办法》。权威部门认为,这一办法的实施,有利于解除企业职工患大病的后顾之忧,有利于推进医疗制度改革和有利于建立现代企业制度。
After a large number of investigations and studies on the reform of the medical system for staff and workers in Shanghai, various parties listened to opinions and repeated argumentation. At present, the goals and implementation steps have been set. In order to promote this reform actively and steadily, the municipal party committee and municipal government decided to implement the “Provisional Measures on Hospitalization of Medical Insurance for Shanghai Urban Enterprises Employee” from May 1 in the city. The authoritative department believes that the implementation of this measure is conducive to relieve the worries of employees suffering from serious illness, is conducive to promoting the reform of the medical system and the establishment of a modern enterprise system.
