目的:比较分析产前超声在诊断胎儿单纯性轻度侧脑室扩张中的价值。方法:将2014年1月至2016年1月入住中山市人民医院的120例进行产前超声诊断的孕妇,采用随机数字表法将其平均分成两组,其中对照组孕妇在孕期进行常规检查,观察组在对照组基础上,在孕早期、中期及晚期分别进行产前超声筛查,分析探讨产前超声诊断对胎儿单纯性轻度侧脑室扩张的检出率,比较诊断检出率与分娩后胎儿异常核型检出率的差异情况,与妊娠及引产结局观察筛查出畸形胎儿的临床疗效。结果:两组孕妇引产或正常分娩出胎儿为畸形分别为21例和17例,与产前筛查结果显示,经过不同检查后,观察组产妇产前筛查出胎儿单纯性轻度侧脑室扩张的临床准确率95.24%明显高于对照组70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在孕中期筛查出胎儿单纯性轻度侧脑室扩张的情况较孕早期和孕晚期都要多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于产妇进行产前超声诊断有重要意义,可准确判断胎儿单纯性轻度侧脑室扩张发生情况,对异常胎儿及早采取治疗及处理方案,切实地为异常核型胎儿家长提供意见,可行性高。
Objective: To comparatively analyze the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of unilateral simple mild ventricular dilatation. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women who were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound in Zhongshan People’s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided equally into two groups according to random number table. The pregnant women in the control group were routinely checked during pregnancy, On the basis of the control group, the observation group conducted the prenatal ultrasound screening in the early, middle, and late stages of pregnancy respectively. The detection rate of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of simple mild ventricular dilatation in fetus was analyzed. The detection rate of the diagnosis was compared with that of childbirth After fetal abnormal karyotype detection rate of differences, and pregnancy and induction of labor outcome of screening out the abnormal fetal clinical efficacy. Results: The two groups of pregnant women induced abortion or normal delivery of the fetus were malformed 21 cases and 17 cases, and prenatal screening results showed that after different checks, the observation group maternal prenatal screening simple mild lateral ventricle dilatation (95.24%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.59%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); in the second trimester of screening the simple mild ventricular dilatation of fetus than the first trimester and the third trimester , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is of great significance for prenatal ultrasound to diagnose maternal women, which can accurately determine the incidence of mild simple lateral ventricles dilatation in fetus. It is advisable to take early treatment and treatment programs for abnormal fetus and effectively provide information to parents of abnormal karyotype fetus high.
