根据笔者的实践和研究,本文提出建筑业企业在应对当前激烈的市场竞争中,应充分地 认识到建筑业企业的竞争实质上是项目生产力的竞争,是项目管理能力的竞争。总结出 “建筑业企业的事业在项目,而要搞好项目管理的关键在于企业所营造的环境”这一观 点,并深入论述了企业如何通过建立项目管理模式体系、项目管理和服务体系、项目绩效 管理体系、项目信息化管理体系和项目管理人才体系这五大体系,规范地推动项目管理, 提高企业核心竞争力。
According to the author’s practice and research, this paper proposes that in response to the current fierce market competition, construction companies should fully understand that the competition of construction industry enterprises is essentially the competition of project productivity and the competition of project management capabilities. Summing up the view that “the business of construction companies is in the project, and the key to good project management lies in the environment created by the company”, it further discusses how the company has established a project management model system, project management and service system, and projects. The five major systems of performance management system, project information management system, and project management talent system promote standardization of project management and improve core competitiveness of enterprises.
