目的探索和建立同时测定烷烃(正己烷、正庚烷、正辛烷、正戊烷)、卤代烯烃(三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)、卤代芳香烃(氯苯、二氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯,1,3,5-三氯苯)3类11种有机毒物的溶剂解吸—毛细管气相色谱法。方法采用程序升温,用FFAP毛细管气相色谱分析,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该法可同时测定烷烃、卤代不饱和烃、卤代芳香烃3类11种化合物,相关系数都达到0.999 6以上,精密度在1.07%~4.68%之间,解吸效率在87.5%~97.1%,方法检测限在0.1~1.2μg/ml之间。结论建立的毛细管气相色谱法,可较好地分离烷烃、卤代烯烃、卤代芳香烃有毒有机化合物,灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简便、快速,适用于同时检测共存的多种有机毒物。
Objective To explore and establish a method for the simultaneous determination of paraffins (n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane and n-pentane), halogenated olefins (trichlorethylene and tetrachlorethylene), halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons , 2,3 - trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4 - trichlorobenzene, 1,3,5 - trichlorobenzene) three kinds of 11 kinds of organic toxic solvents desorption - capillary gas chromatography. Methods The program was programmed to temperature, FFAP capillary gas chromatography, FID detector detection, retention time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results The method can be used for the simultaneous determination of 11 compounds of three classes of alkanes, halogenated unsaturated hydrocarbons and halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons. The correlation coefficients are above 0.999 6 with the precision of 1.07% -4.68% and the desorption efficiencies of 87.5% ~ 97.1 %, The detection limit of the method is between 0.1 ~ 1.2μg / ml. Conclusions The established capillary gas chromatography can be used to separate alkane, halogenated alkene and halogenated aromatic compounds from toxic organic compounds. The method has high sensitivity, good precision, simple and rapid operation, and is suitable for simultaneous detection of various organic poisons.
