[目的]了解农村中学生艾滋病认知现状及其对健康教育的需求,为有针对性的开展健康教育提供依据。[方法]2009年5月,随机整群抽取青州市农村1所初中和1所高中,对在校的初一、初二和高一、高二的所有学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查996人,艾滋病基本知识知晓率为64.76%,传播途径知识知晓率为83.33%,非传播途径知识知晓率为70.38%。15项艾滋病相关知识知晓率,初中生为57.86%,高中生为70.63%(P<0.01);男生为65.64%,女生为63.99%(P<0.05)。获得艾滋病相关知识的途径,是广播电视的占70.48%,是卫生宣传栏/册的69.84%,是报纸杂志的64.46%,是网络的48.90%;渴望获得艾滋病相关知识的途径,是广播电视的占68.37%,是卫生宣传栏/册的占67.97%,是报纸杂志的占59.14%。96.18%的学生希望获得更多艾滋病相关知识,92.67%的学生认为学校教授艾滋病知识非常重要,85.34%的学生表示愿意参加相关的活动。反对婚前性行为的占48.59%,知道可以做HIV检测和咨询的地方的为45.38%。[结论]农村中学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率较低。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of AIDS awareness among middle school students in rural areas and its demand for health education, and provide the basis for targeted health education. [Method] In May 2009, a cluster of 1 middle school and 1 high school in Qingzhou rural area was randomly selected to survey all the students in the first, second, and first and sophomore years. [Results] The awareness rate of basic knowledge of AIDS was 64.76%, the awareness rate of knowledge of transmission route was 83.33%, and that of non-transmission route was 70.38%. The awareness rate of 15 HIV / AIDS related knowledge was 57.86% for junior high school students and 70.63% for high school students (P <0.01), 65.64% for boys and 63.99% for girls (P <0.05). Access to AIDS-related knowledge is 70.48% of radio and television programs, 69.84% of health brochures / posters, 64.46% of newspapers and magazines, and 48.90% of internet access. The long-awaited access to AIDS-related knowledge is that of radio and television Accounting for 68.37%, accounting for 67.97% of health bulletin boards / books, accounting for 59.14% of newspapers and magazines. 96.18% of the students hope to get more AIDS-related knowledge, 92.67% of the students think that the AIDS teaching knowledge is very important in the university, 85.34% of the students express their willingness to participate in relevant activities. 48.59% opposed premarital sex and 45.38% knew that HIV testing and counseling was available. [Conclusion] The awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among rural middle school students is low.
