随着科学技术的发展,电子计算机已开始应用于铸造生产,比如进行炉料计算及控制熔炼过程;预测大型铸件凝固过程中温度场的分布、结晶前沿移动情况及最致密铸件获得的最佳条件;实现造型流水线的集中控制等。[1].[2] 本文则着重论述了电子计算机在测定铸造合金力学性能方面的应用。根据工业性熔炼的化学成分等原始数据在电子计算机上计算之后得到的多因素数学模型,表明合金力学性能的计算值与实测值符合的很好。
