自从我国加入世贸组织以后,对文秘工作人员的业务素质提出更高、更新的要求。为此,我国在职业教育机制方面不断探究以适应社会发展和需要。本文就高职文秘专业的教育机制、教学特点、现代文秘工作特点以及改革方向进行分析阐述。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, it has put forward higher and newer requirements on the professional qualities of secretarial staff. Therefore, our country continuously probes into the vocational education mechanism to meet the needs of social development. This article analyzes and elaborates on the education mechanism, teaching characteristics, characteristics of modern secretarial work and reform direction of higher vocational secretarial major.
