随着社会经济和市场经济的快速发展,群众们对医院的医疗效率和质量的要求也在不断的提高。医院财务管理是医院管理中的重要内容,其对医院能否正常运营和健康稳定的发展起着关键性的作用。受医疗管理体制不断深入改革的影响,传统的医院财务管理系统存在的弊端日益显现,医院规模的扩大和现代化管理手段的普及,将直接影响医院的生存和发展。如何快速实现医院财务一体化管理将成为当下医疗管理体制改革的重要目标。
