A method for determination of 1-hydroxy pyrene (1 HP) in fish bile by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry was established. The method was used to determine the degree of contamination of the aquaculture water in the coastal zone by determining the bioavailability of PAHs, one of the metabolites of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in fish bile. The results of the field experiments were satisfactory with the tests of Parus macrophylla (Pm) and Nibeamiichthys (Nm)
