目的探讨生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术在治疗难治性翼状胬肉中的疗效。方法对31例(31只眼)难治性翼状胬肉患者实施了生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术,术后随访3～8个月。结果植片无排斥反应发生,术后2周左右溶解吸收,角巩膜创面修复好、光滑。无1例复发。结论生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术对难治性翼状胬肉是一个简易、安全、有效的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of biological amniotic membrane combined with limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation in the treatment of refractory pterygium. Methods A total of 31 patients (31 eyes) with refractory pterygium were treated with biological amniotic membrane combined with autologous limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation. The patients were followed up for 3 to 8 months. Results There was no rejection of the grafts. After 2 weeks of operation, the wounds were dissolved and absorbed, and the scleral wounds were repaired well and smooth. No case of recurrence. Conclusion Biological amniotic membrane combined with autologous limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation is a simple, safe and effective surgical method for refractory pterygium.
