目的探讨血清内脂素(visfatin)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其合并冠心病(CHD)患者中的表达情况及其影响因素。方法用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)检测单纯T2DM组(n=30)、T2DM合并CHD组(n=34)及正常对照组(n=30)的血清内脂素水平和胰岛素(FINS)含量,用日立全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂,计算所有观察对象的体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)。结果单纯T2DM组、T2DM合并CHD组内脂素水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),T2DM合并CHD组显著高于单纯T2DM组(P<0.01);内脂素水平与胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、WHR具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。冠脉病变支数与内脂素表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论T2DM合并CHD患者血清内脂素表达与Homa-IR、WHR及冠脉病变支数存在密切的相关性,在T2DM及合并CHD的发生发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum visfatin and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The levels of serum visfatin and insulin (FINS) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in T2DM group (n = 30), T2DM with CHD group (n = 34) and normal control group (n = 30) , Fasting blood glucose (FPG) and lipids were measured by Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer, body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio (WHR) of all the subjects were calculated. Results The level of visfatin in T2DM group and CHD group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01). T2DM combined CHD group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group (P <0.01). The level of visfatin and insulin resistance index Homa-IR), WHR had a significant correlation (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between coronary artery lesions and visfatin (P <0.01). Conclusions There is a close relationship between the expression of visfatin and Homa-IR, WHR and the number of coronary lesions in patients with T2DM complicated with CHD. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of T2DM and CHD.
