信息市场是我国社会主义统一市场体系中特殊的重要部分.它一方面是独立的、有形的市场,为其它市场服务;另一方面又是寓于其它市场之中的无形市场,成为其它市场的要素.信息市场这一基于其它市场而又高于其它市场的特性,使得它成为一种高风险性和高投机性并存的热门行当.于是,短短十年间,中国的信息市场高潮迭起,第一波起于1984年,第二潮涌自1988年,第三浪则掀于1992年.其发展同中国经济的发展紧密相联,又随中国经济的起伏而动荡.为了加强对信息市场的研究,1994年元月15日,由中国信息经济学会、国家信息中心信息科学与应用研究所共同举办的“全国市场信息与信息市场研讨会”在冰城哈尔滨召开.来自全国各地的专家、学者、信息市场建设者约40余人参加了会议.著名经济学家、国家信息中心副主任、中国信息经济学会理事长乌家培先生到会并作了重要讲话.以下是采访记录.
