假性球麻痹是临床上脑血管疾病的严重并发症,是一组以舌、咽喉为主的证候群,主要表现为舌、咽喉、软腭、颜面和咀嚼肌的中枢性麻痹。它是由双侧大脑皮层脑干束受累所引起的,故又称中枢性假性球麻痹、上运动神经元性球麻痹或核上性球麻痹。我科自2004年以来采用中西医综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹32例取得了满意疗效,现报道如下。
Pseudobulbar palsy is a serious complication of clinical cerebrovascular disease. It is a group of tongue-throat-based syndromes mainly characterized by central paralysis of the tongue, throat, soft palate, facial and masticatory muscles. It is caused by bilateral cerebral cortex brain stem involvement involved, it is also known as central pseudobulbar palsy, upper motor neuron palsy or supranuclear palsy. Since 2004, our department has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of 32 cases of pseudobulbar palsy after stroke with Integrated Traditional and Western Rehabilitation Therapies, are reported below.
