我们应用免疫组化方法结合形态观察,对大鼠实验性肝、肺和肾小球的纤维化、硬化过程中的细胞外基质(ECM-FN,LN,ColⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ);以及肝脏的Ito细胞、肺泡壁原始间叶细胞(PMC)和肾小球系膜细胞的骨架蛋白(DM、VM、α—SMA)表型变化,进行了动态的对比研究,发现在纤维化硬化过程中,上述三种细胞大量增生并伴细胞骨架蛋白表型和ECM分泌的系列改变。同时对此类细胞在修复过程中演变的共同规律和某些特殊规律、作用和意义,作了探索性的讨论。
