以大鼠血管成纤维细胞为模板细胞,按照ISO10993标准,测试了聚醚酯材料聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-聚环己烷二甲酸丁二醇酯-b-聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物(DA)的细胞毒性。采用倒置显微镜观察细胞在DA膜片上的粘附和生长情况,并用MTT法测定细胞增殖率。采用气泡法测定DA薄膜的接触角。在37℃下,pH=7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中研究水解降解反应。结果表明:DA系列聚醚酯材料无严重细胞毒性;成纤维细胞在DA薄膜表面上贴附生长良好;材料亲水性好,其重均分子量在水解过程中随时间的延长逐渐降低,材料发生明显降解。DA有作为生物医用材料的可行性。
