个性化教育必须贯穿在整个的教育过程,根据学生个性发展和社会多样化需求来组织各种教育活动和实践活动。培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,让学生在科学认识个性的基础上,涵养优良个性品质,促进个性自由全面发展。高校大学生在课外体育俱乐中不仅锻炼了身体学会并掌握了一定的体育技能,而且还锻炼和培养了学生的组织能力、协调能力,在各种活动中彰显大学生个性。
