我的公司是2002年9月份注册的,是制作多媒体教学软件的小公司,目前算是上轨道了,现在能比较稳定正常地发展。2000年年底我正式辞职,从一个人到两个人,再到成立工作室,最后注册公司,扩大规模渐入轨道,艰苦不必说了,其间也经历了很多风险。曾经被骗过,曾经项目失败差点解散过。目前,虽然相对稳定一些,也一直在告诉我的同事们,公司仍然处于“求生存”的阶段,一个重大失误就有可能导致公司倒闭。在此,愿将创业以来的酸甜苦辣以及一些小小的创业心得与各位读者分享、探讨,希望
