介绍了新型全液压水泵叶片调节机构在南水北调江都三站改造工程中的具体应用,分析了新型叶片调节机构的组成、结构和原理,与改造前叶片调节机构相比较,具有诸多优点,提出了新型叶片调节机构维护要点。应用结果表明:新型叶片调节机构运行稳定、安全、可靠,对从事泵站设计、改造、运行、管理的人员具有一定的参考价值。
The application of the new full hydraulic pump blade adjusting mechanism in the reconstruction project of Jiangdu III of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is introduced. The composition, structure and principle of the new blade adjusting mechanism are analyzed. Compared with the former blade adjusting mechanism, the new type of blade has many advantages. Adjustment mechanism maintenance points. The application results show that the new blade adjusting mechanism operates stably, safely and reliably, which is of certain reference value for the personnel engaged in the design, renovation, operation and management of the pumping station.
